Preserve a Piece of History Today — Pay Over Time

 

We understand that acquiring a historic Bible or biblical artifact is often a meaningful investment. If the full purchase price isn't feasible, we invite you to contact us. Depending on the artifact and the circumstances, we may be able to offer flexible payment arrangements.

 

For qualifying items valued at $1,000 or more, Ages of Scripture offers a 3-month layaway option designed to make these remarkable pieces of history more accessible to serious collectors, historians, and families.

 

To begin a layaway arrangement, please contact us to discuss payment arrangements. Once the layaway agreement is established and the required deposit is received, the item will be removed from the market and reserved exclusively for you.

 

KEY TERMS:

 

• DEPOSIT:

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to reserve the item and initiate the layaway agreement.

 

• PAYMENTS:

The remaining balance may be paid through bi-weekly or monthly installments, according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the beginning of the layaway.

 

• PAYMENT DEADLINE:

The remaining balance must be paid in full within 3 months from the date of the initial deposit, followed by a 10-day grace period.

 

• CANCELLATION OR DEFAULT:

If the buyer cancels the layaway agreement or fails to complete payment by the end of the applicable payment period, the layaway agreement will be canceled and the item will be returned to available inventory.

 

The 20% deposit will be retained as a non-refundable reservation deposit. Any additional payments made toward the purchase will be refunded to the buyer.

 

OWNERSHIP & SHIPPING:

The item remains the property of Ages of Scripture throughout the entire layaway period. No ownership or title transfers to the buyer until the purchase price has been paid in full.

 

Once the final payment has been received and the balance is satisfied, the item will be promptly prepared and shipped in accordance with our standard shipping and archival packaging procedures.
